Requirements
We are looking for you to strengthen our znt team: accompany our entire recruiting process and help us to find new talent and inspire them for znt-Richter.
This is what your everyday work with us could look like
Together with our departments, you will determine personnel requirements, create requirement profiles and job advertisements
You coordinate all recruiting activities and also independently search for new colleagues as part of active sourcing, especially in the tech environment
From initial contact over first interviews to employment offers or rejections, you ensure a good candidate experience and are a gatekeeper for our culture
Your tasks will also include operational applicant management via our ATS
You will also build collaborations, support planning and participation of recruiting events and be in close contact with service providers
You keep an eye on our recruiting costs and monitor the effectiveness of our activities and channels
In addition, you will support our colleagues and accompany internal projects for the continuous improvement of znt-Richter as an employer
We value the following skills
Successfully completed business studies or vocational training with a focus on HR
As a young professional, you already have experience in recruiting, ideally with a focus on IT/tech recruiting. Initial experience in active sourcing and social recruiting is an advantage
You are a team player, but also like to work independently, and you also have a high level of self-motivation, organizational talent and perseverance
Strong in communication and empathetic, you come into authentic contact with candidates and colleagues
You enjoy developing new ways and ideas for our recruiting, also in connection with our marketing
Safe handling of the MS Office package and applicant management tools
Very good knowledge of German and good English
